Ingredients
1 whole cauliflower (washed and cut up)
2 to 3 Tablespoons of Turmeric
1 - 2 Tablespoons of nutritional yeast
2 Tablespoons of EVVO
Salt
Pre-heat oven to 180c
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, making sure cauliflower is well covered.
Place in the oven for 20 minutes, turn and cook for another 10 minutes.
Enjoy with a salad, as a side, or just a yummy snack.
Perfect hot or cold.
