Ingredients
1 Mission mini wrap
2 eggs (whisked)
2 A thin slices of red onion (diced)
A handful of spinach (chopped)
Salt and pepper to taste
Make sure you use a pan that your wrap will fit in.
Oven medium heat, cook your onions until soft, add in spinach, eggs, and salt and pepper.
Once it's almost cooked through place the wrap on top of eggs, leave for a round 30 seconds then flip and fold in half, cook for 1 minute on each side.
ADD more veggies if you like, also you can add cheese and avocado once you flip it over.
